While at the level of behavior or action, mostly they behave moderately. And there are significant differences in how tolerant behavior they are more likely to be externally tolerant than internally. The approach used in this writing is a qualitative approach, with the main method also qualitative with literature studies through various reference sources, both from journals, books, official websites, and so on. The results showed that the Peace Education Program in reality can be a medium to encourage everyone's commitment to the urgency of peace through efforts to increase trust as people who care and are even willing to be agents of peace to be taught to students and students. They are the future successors of the nation, so they need to be informed earlier and more intensely about the importance of upholding the values of peace and social justice, the hope of a future without conflict to create a harmonious life. The number of violence, conflict, terror, and various social ills is due to the weak spirit of mutual help (ta'awun), tasamuh (tolerance), and takaful intimacy (mutual responsibility) between others. Spiritual dhikr in the practice of worship that is increasingly luxurious, has not been balanced with socio-cultural dhikr in the form of mutual tolerance, togetherness, and mutual strengthening of each other among the nation's children. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study are as follows: 1) E-learning media planning has been carried out according to the principles of planning even though it is not yet complete; 2) The organization of e-learning media has been effective in accordance with the main tasks and functions of work units in the higher education environment although it is not yet fully flexible; 3) The implementation of e-learning media in principle, both study programs have carried out in accordance with the planning although there are still some implementations that are not in accordance with the established plan; 4) Evaluation of e-learning media in principle, both study programs evaluate the program based on Higher Education standards with a cycle (PPEPP); 5) The problem of e-learning media in principle the two study programs are not so serious, only technical obstacles such as the instability of the internet network in certain regions; 6) Solutions to e-learning media problems in principle, both study programs have the same policy to solve the same problems related to the use of e-learning media, namely in human resources, infrastructure and e-learning facilities; 7) The impact of using e-learning media in principle, the two study programs have similarities in student learning outcomes and students give a positive appreciation for mathematics learning. However, many students still have obstacles in writing. The purpose of this study is to explore the problems that occur in writing explanatory texts for grade XI students of SMK BO in Cilacap, as well as what efforts are appropriate to overcome these problems. The method used in this study is the quantitative. The data collection technique used in this study was by using questionnaires. The results showed that students of grade XI Automotive 3 SMK BO 2 Gandrungmangu Cilacap had difficulty in writing explanatory texts, especially in linguistic aspects. Internal factors of students who cannot understand learning well are the background of the problem of difficulty writing explanatory texts. The external factors found are about the optimization of the learning process. The effort made by students to overcome this problem is that they must take a good look at the teacher. For this, more optimal media, methods, strategies, techniques, and approaches are needed to increase students' understanding of the material taught in improve their ability to write explanatory texts.
